Disillusionment - Repuplican Style
It’s great to hear (read) about this man  and his shift in thinking about the Republicans currently in office. Like many ,he was a true believer in his party. He took for granted that the Iraq war was just and necessary. Through 9-11 and Katrina, he remained true. Things remained rosy until finally the Scooter scandal and the fallout afterwards and now his view has changed to the point that he has now become- hard as it was - an Independent.
There are many ‘ugly’ questions posed with no apparent answer - other than to point to the top and demand accountability - which we expect the answers to be hidden within ‘executive privilege’.
